Belmont Golf Course boasts a prestigious history, having hosted the Canadian Tour’s Spring Qualifying School three times. This Les Furber, GDS designed course has become a favourite among golfers in the Lower Mainland for good reason—it’s simply one of the best.

Opened in 1992, this championship course offers a full-length layout with six par threes and four sets of tees, catering to golfers of every skill level.

The selection of Belmont for the Canadian Tour’s Spring Qualifying School from 2005 to 2007 speaks volumes about its popularity and quality. Notable moments include Will Yanagisawa clinching the medalist title in 2005, and Chang Hong from Korea setting a record-breaking 10-stroke lead in 2006.

In 2007, Belmont witnessed a thrilling conclusion to the Qualifying School, with seven Canadians among the 16 players earning coveted cards for the Canadian Tour.
